How did you get involved in the mortgage industry?
Right out of college, I mailed my resume out to all of the mortgage companies in the phone book, because that was how it was done back then.  The company that hired me as a processor with no mortgage experience only called because my resume was printed on pink paper and they were curious who would do that.  What can I say, I love pink!

What is the biggest challenge or opportunity you have seen in the mortgage industry?
The biggest challenge I see in the mortgage industry is change.  It can be good and bad, but how we react to it is the key to success.

What advice would you give people just entering the industry?
Never stop learning!

Do you have a quick tip for saving time, generating leads, tracking information, etc. that you would like to share?
Time blocking is key for me.  I work from home and it is easy to get distracted, but time blocking helps keep me on track.

When you are not at work, what do you like to do most?
Spend time with my husband and three amazing kiddos.
