How did you get involved in the mortgage industry?
When I was 22 years old, I was hired as a switchboard operator at a local bank. When a position became available in the real estate department for help with mortgage processing, I took a leap of faith, and here I am today!

What is the biggest challenge or opportunity you have seen in the mortgage industry?
Staying up to date on all the new and changing regulations around mortgage financing.

What advice would you give people just entering the industry?
Prepare to be busy and have fun! 

Do you have a quick tip for saving time, generating leads, tracking information, etc. that you would like to share? 
I like to keep an individual Outlook folder for each and every member I communicate with so that I can easily pull up what we talked about previously.

When you are not at work, what do you like to do most?
Spend time with family!
